The California Supreme Court let it be known today that their decision in the Prop 8 case will be officially announced at 10AM this coming Tuesday, May 26th.

The future of our civil rights finally shows up on Tuesday. The Supreme Court will either overturn the unfair and unjust Proposition 8 or it will uphold the civil rights violations of Prop 8 supporters, with a secondary decision as to whether the legal same sex marriages performed in California last year will remain in tact. We’re headed for either a celebration or the beginning of our next battle. Come be a part of it with us on this very important DECISION DAY.
