Transgender Day of Visibility

If you’d like to participate in this event in other ways we have sponsorships and vendor opportunities available. Below you will find all the info needed to proceed with being a sponsor, donor, vendor, or resource for TDOV.

SPONSORS/DONORS

We are looking for businesses who would like to be a sponsor of our event. There are two levels of sponsorship.

Trans Pride $50.00

As part of this sponsorship you will get a 8.5in x 5.5in page in the event program, an individualized post on our social media accounts,  and your add on our website. We ask that sponsors who choose this level email us the Ad you would like in the program, your logo, and a short description for the social media posts.

Rainbow Pride $25.00

As part of a this sponsorship your logo will be included in the program the day of the event, you will receive mention on our social media accounts with other Rainbow Pride sponsors, and your logo will be included our website. We ask that sponsors who choose this level email us your logo, and a short description that would you like included on the social media posts.

VENDORS

We are looking for vendors who would like to be a part of our event. There are opportunities for food vendor, non-food vendor, and resources to participate in this event. As a vendor your info will be added to the event flier and part of advertisement. There is no fee to be a vendor at the event.  We welcome you to sell any products that your small business or organizations may have.

All vendors are asked to bring their own equipment such as canopy, tables, or chairs.

Trans-E-Motion reserves the right to politely decline a space to latter vendors selling the same product to limit direct competition.

Trans-E-Motion and Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Supervision of belongings is the vendor’s responsibility.
