A Love Letter to Fresno’s Queer West
We are excited to announce our first LGBTQ2 Studies event and fundraiser!
Fresno State’s LGBTQ2 Studies Minor is hosting a special event on Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 6 PM to 9 PM entitled “Love Letter to Fresno’s Queer West”.
This event celebrates the local history of queer country western culture, bars, and drag performances. We will have amazing guest performances by El Daña, Joyce Jewels, Lucy Yale, Zayn Anthony, Reginald Grijalva, and Rocio De La Rosa!
Proceeds will go to LGBTQ2 Studies students and activities with one of the goals of establishing the first-ever LGBTQ2 Studies scholarship at Fresno State.
“Love Letter to Fresno Queer West” takes place on Saturday, February 18 at the Satellite Student Union from 6 PM- 9 PM.
Individual Reservations are $15 each.
Tables for up to 8 persons with priority seating and listed as a sponsor are 250.00 each
