HUCKABEE CAN SUCKABEE! Visalia Protest of Mike Huckabee

If any of the following quotes made by Mike Huckabee bother you, and they should, please join us to protest his views. We will meet Thursday, May 7th at 6:30 AM at the Visalia Convention Center. Mr. Huckabee will be speaking at the Mayor’s Breakfast. The expected attendance of that breakfast is over 800 people. We will be making a huge statement with a lot of exposure. The time is NOW to speak out in defense of such ignorant ways of thinking. And these views are what he is out spreading. Help stop the hate! Join us!!

From the mouth of Mike Huckabee:

"If the federal government is truly serious about doing something with the AIDS virus, we need to take steps that would isolate the carriers of this plague."

"It is difficult to understand the public policy towards AIDS. It is the first time in the history of civilization in which the carriers of a genuine plague have not been isolated from the general population, and in which this deadly disease for which there is no cure is being treated as a civil rights issue instead of the true health crisis it represents."

“There’s never been a civilization that has rewritten what marriage and family means and survived.”

"I feel homosexuality is an aberrant, unnatural and sinful lifestyle."

"I believe to try to legitimize that which is inherently illegitimate would be a disgraceful act of government. I feel homosexuality is an aberrant, unnatural and sinful lifestyle, and we now know it can pose a dangerous public health risk."

"That’s what Jesus would do." –after being asked if Jesus would have supported the death penalty

"More than a million people who would have been in our workforce had we not had the holocaust of liberalized abortion"

"A wife is to submit herself graciously to the servant leadership of her husband even as the church willingly submits to the headship of Christ."

We will be meeting here in Fresno at the 41 and Divisadaro exit right at the Office Depot at 5:30 in the morning. We have 3 cars to fill up, so call 559-776-5630 to RSVP.   View Map Here
