THE IMPERIAL DOVE COURT INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN
“BARN DANCE 2008 – A COUNTRY JAMBOREE”
The Imperial Dove Court is proud to announce its upcoming event, “Barn Dance 2008 – A Country Jamboree”, and we hope that you as an individual or your organization would like to be a part of this day.
Barn Dance will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2008, at the Fresno County Sheriff’s Pistol and Firing Range, 7633 N. Weber, Fresno, CA. The Range is a wonderful park-like setting with a large dance and entertainment area, bar-b-q area, picnic tables and lots of trees. The event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and will be advertised throughout the entire central valley. Admission to the event will be $15 in advance and $20 at the gate.
We are inviting individuals and organizations to be a part of this event and at the same time let you raise money, or just get your name out there into the community. There are two ways you can participate:
1) Food Booth – The facility has set ups for six food booths and the court will be renting these booth spaces for $25.00 each. Your organization keeps all proceeds you raise at your food booth.
2) Information/Craft/Game Booth – Your organization may set up a booth and pass out information about your group, sell crafts or other items, have games, etc. There is no charge for an Information/Craft/Game Booth. Your organization keeps all proceeds you raise at your booth.
There will be lots of country music, dancing, entertainers and other things going on to ensure everyone has a fun-filled day. We are hoping to have over 100 people in attendance, so it could
be a very profitable day for your organization should you choose to participate.
Applications for Food Booths and Other Booths are available at The Red Lantern and The Den. Applications must be submitted by March 15, 2008. Applications will be available on the IDC Website as soon as possible. Pick up applications at the above bars or check back on the website at http://www.idcfresno.org/main.htm
